| dc.description.abstract | Fansín Heliográfica is a research collective whose production revolves around gender and corporeality studies. The group's work is presented in a collective fanzine, using the heliographic technique, which is also a great visual essay. This article suggests understanding the fanzine as a visual essay and also as an instrument of research. To support this approach, I will bring into dialogue concepts deriving from Silvia Rivera Cusicanqui's Sociology of the Image, the open cartography proposed by Aby Warburg in his Atlas Mnemosyne, and Gender Theory. I will analyze also the content of the two publications of the Fansín Heliográfica (Brujas, 2018, and Buen aprovecho, 2019), as well as its research methodology and production. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Fansín Heliográfica es un colectivo de investigación cuya producción gira en torno a los estudios de género y de corporalidad. La obra del grupo se materializa, mediante la técnica heliográfica, en un fanzine colectivo que a su vez es un gran ensayo visual. El presente artículo propone comprender el fanzine como un ensayo visual y a éste como un instrumento de investigación. Para apoyar esta propuesta pondré en diálogo conceptos provenientes de la Sociología de la imagen de Silvia Rivera Cusicanqui, de la cartografía abierta planteada por Aby Warburg en su Atlas Mnemosyne, y de la Teoría de género. Analizaré tanto el contenido de las dos publicaciones del Fansín Heliográfica (Brujas, 2018, y Buen aprovecho, 2019), como su metodología de investigación y construcción. | en_US |
